I will accept a check or money order. Customers who prefer to pay by check or money order rather than use their credit card or debit card with PayPal or Google Checkout can email me at vsdsales@gmail.com. You can also call me at 203-633-4014 and leave a voice mail message. I will reply within 24 hours with easy to follow instructions instructions on what to do if they wish to pay by check or money order.

Customer orders ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). International orders are sent by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Domestic customers will be emailed the USPS or UPS tracking number for their order the day their order ships. International customers will be emailed the shipment label number.

Unless something unforeseen comes up your order is shipped within 2 business days. The customer will receive an email from me the day their order is shipped with the shipment tracking number. If, for some reason, an order's shipment date slips beyond 2 business days I will email the customer and make them aware of the delay, the reason for it and when they can expect their order to ship.

My mission is to offer my customers good products, aggressively priced and shipped fast. This is how I like to be treated as a consumer and what I promise you. I expect customers to treat me with the same respect, honesty and fairness I afford them. I guarantee that the product delivered to the customer is as I have described or I will issue a credit for the item. The credit will be issued after receiving the returned merchandise. Prior to returning the purchase customer is required to notify me of the return. They may either email me at vsdsales@gmail.com or call me at 203-633-4014. Customer may be responsible for return shipping charges based on the reason for the return.

I not share my customer’s personal information with anyone. Since online purchases are made using Google Checkout or PayPal I also do not know the specific credit or debit card number a customer uses to pay for an online purchase. Google Checkout and PayPal do not share that information with me. Google Checkout or PayPal simply inform me that a customer has made a purchase using a credit or debit card and that the buyer has passed their risk check making it OK to ship them the item.
